Newsletter Info
If you receive the printed version through the mail, you will shortly start receiving your newsletter through your email. When you start receiving the email version, you see all of the color and photographic details the email version contains.
The newsletter is sent out in Adobe Acrobat format and versions of Acrobat are available for Microsoft Windows and Apple’s Mac. Many of you will find Acrobat already on your computer, as it is pre-installed on many computers when you purchase them. Also many programs install it so you have access to the program’s manual or help information. If you need to install Acrobat or want to update to the latest version, you can go to www.adobe.com. And best of all, it is free and contains no spyware or adware.
As a reminder, your email address will not be sold or distributed outside of the ASGA. It will only be used to send you important information about the ASGA authorized by the Board of Directors.

Georgia State Golf Association (GSGA) Membership Sign-up

Cancellation Policy
1-Day Events
- Any participant who does not show up or does not cancel an event will forfeit all monies paid.
- Any participant who cancels an event, AND IS REPLACED, will receive a refund of monies paid minus any costs incurred by the cancellation.
- Any participant who does not pay for an event at the time of sign-up will be wait-listed. When payment is received, they will go on the event list, depending upon availability.
- At the Event Leader’s discretion, this policy may be modified with approval of a Co-Chair of the associated committee. Deviations will be displayed at the time of sign-up.
- Any refunds will be mailed within 14 days of final billing of the event.
All Overnight Events
- Any participant who does not show up or does not cancel an event will forfeit any monies paid.
- Any participant who cancels 14 days or less prior to trip departure, and a replacement is found, will incur a minimum cancellation fee of $25.
- Regardless of the date of cancellation, if a replacement is not found, the participant will be refunded any monies paid, less the $25 cancellation fee AND any expenses incurred resulting from that cancellation to include prize fund committed.
- At the Event Leader’s discretion (with approval of a Co-Chair of the associated Committee) this cancellation policy may be modified with written notice provided to participants at the time of event sign-up.
- Refunds will be mailed within 14 days of the final billing of the event.
